Meeting facilities

District churches are invited to host the annual boards and congress sessions. The August annual session is held at the District’s Encampment Building. The following auxiliaries meet at local district churches in close proximity of the district building: Nurses (morning) First South Main MBC, Junior and Youth – Pentecostal MBC.
 

Building Usage
(Women’s Wing)

The South Texas District Encampment Building is available for rental usage for church, civic or charity related functions. The building can also be used for weddings, birthday celebrations, banquet and various other events and celebrations. The present facilities can accommodate approximately 250 people in banquet style seating and 350-400 in a theater style arrangement. A “warming” kitchen and preparation serving area are also available. Event guidelines, scheduling events and additional information about the facilities are available through the district office.
